I have used IVG products exclusively for some years since giving up smoking because I love their flavours & recently found their website. I recently ordered some 50/50 IVG vape juices from I Vape Great but hadn’t realised that these were sold as clearance stock. Unfortunately most of the juices were very orange in colour & when I tried using them, it was clear to me that they were “off”.I contacted Lucia at IVG who was really quick to reply to my email saying that I was disappointed with these juices. She offered me a refund or replacement. I chose replacement & I have just received an email saying that replacement flavours that I had chosen have been sent to me. In addition I have been credited with a generous amount of points.I am very pleased with the speed of response & overall result of their service. I would recommend this Company.
