I ordered 4 disposable vapes and the wrong flavour was sent to me, albeit very quickly. I sent them an email and a photo of what was sent. Now the flavour would be my second choice anyway so explained that I would keep them but would be very happy with a coupon for the next order. I got a phone call from them and their fix was to send me 2 of the flavours I originally ordered for free. I said that they didn't need to do this, but they responded that a happy customer is a repeat customer. Customer service at its best, regardless of your feelings on vaping. They've kept me off cigarettes for nearly 2 years, so thank you.
