The team is very responsive, efficient, and genuinely caring. They handled my samples and my (sometimes trivial) questions with patience and professionalism. The shipment was executed quickly and without any issues, demonstrating their expertise in sensitive transport. I can only recommend them and sincerely thank them for their efforts, from the individual who traveled with my samples to the finance and administrative teams. One area for improvement could be the maximum liability in their contract, which is currently limited. Depending on the sample type and its origin, this amount may not cover all associated costs. I believe they could consider increasing this limit to provide even more reassurance to their clients.
