Wonderful experience. Within an hour of submitting an online request for a quote with special requests (tight timeline, international shipment from US to EU), I received a call from the UK office. They took the time to make sure they understood my constraints and needs and walk me through the somewhat complicated process. Questions I had were answered promptly. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would be a live tracker on the shipment for those of us with type-A personalities.
