Extremely poor experience with this agency, particularly the Lettings Director, whose communication has been rude and unprofessional.We have lived in the property for two months before asbestos was confirmed—material that was neither identified nor surveyed prior to our move-in. This is deeply concerning, especially given that we have young children. Throughout this situation, the agency has shown a clear lack of compassion, accountability, and urgency in addressing a significant health and safety risk.
