Reluctant 2 stars, giving an extra star due to the friendliness of most of the staff and I liked the property. But overall a really poor company, they seem to be interested in earning a quick few pound in the property market without proper services. Had a fairly routine maintenance issue ignored, argued against and any time you reach out they become extremely defensive. They gladly go against Scottish property laws. I've seen people mention the poor moving out process. Again, process iniated outside of legal time frame. Really pushy about a clean and really questionable pricing strategy. Lovely in the initial stages and had a great time but the furnishings were left terrible and funnily despite their cleaning policy the place was disgusting, food on plates type disgusting. No service unless you prompt them multiple times and it really seems as if there are a few contractors involved here making a quick quid. Get the place signed up and then tune out. Been with larger competitors who come with some nightmare stories but never had a bad experience, at least they're professional. Invasive when attending the flat, unable to organise easy things,
