I'm sure there are plenty of good things about this platform, but take the 1-1 resume advice with a pinch of salt. I was shocked by their blanket approach of giving everyone the advice of "black & white, old fashioned" (genuine repeated words throughout my session) - it is simply not good advice, and will mean that everyone who goes through this channel would wind up with the same undifferentiated CV - your first impression. That was a total put off. Might be ok for legal paths etc, but there's more instances than not where a bit of a personal stamp on a CV is a very good idea.Even when I challenged the advice saying I worked in design and marketing, that didn't seem to matter... crazy. My sister doubled her salary landing a six-figure job the next week using my CV format and design that was apparently 'a bit too different'.
