My 1st visit to this establishment was excellent as a result ihave recommended them numerous times on my visit this time i feel very dissatisfied as I feel not enough time was spent advising me on the best glasses to suit me after saying that I did not book a appointment but took a slot between appointments but at the time i picked up my glasses no great effort was made to advise me the glasses did not fit properly and im am left with glasses which i am not happy with also at the time I picked up my glasses ipaid for a pair of prescription sun glasses which i have not had any notice that they r ready to be collected i will not be available for 9 days as iam holiday i would also like to state iam 85yrs of age and my brain isn't as sharp as it once was
