Terrible customer support, reply like a robot, and never solve any issues, also the support give me the "finance departament" email and they never answer, they read my email but never answer, also you can get kicked out from this site if you complain so much, they close the chat without using bad words, they just cant help you with anything, im waiting for crypto cashout request 5 days!
