Yet you depend entirely on this private entity to justify withholding customer funds for “1095 days.”

You state that “this organization does not communicate with clients,” yet you reference documents that are supposedly from them. This presents a significant contradiction: • If this organization never contacts customers… how did they provide you with a document? • If they never disclose investigation details… how do you know an investigation even exists?
