My account on Jabibet has been blocked for over a year, and my funds are still inaccessible. Support gave contradictory answers:
• First, my account was permanently banned.
• Then, I could play games except sports bets.
• Later, they suggested creating a new account (against their rules).
• Finally, they claimed a 3-year SIT investigation froze my funds.
SIT confirmed they do not freeze players’ money or communicate directly with customers.
I provided all screenshots, videos, and proofs, yet nothing was resolved. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.
I cannot recommend this site.
