Jace saves me time & makes me look better.

Jace has saved me time and made me look better. I have already used another similar product (which I won't bash here). The other was good, but Jace is great. Jace never ceases to amaze me. It automatically sorts my inbox, prioritizes emails that require a response, and drafts those responses, ready for me to edit and send. Very often, they require NO edits. It reminds me to follow up on messages and it drafts polite reminder emails that have saved the day for me on several occasions. I've instructed Jace to read my attachments and help me draft responses. I've noticed that it is smart enough to read and keep track of similar messages and messages from the same senders and is able to remember and reference conversations and cite them in new emails. By doing so, it's been able to answer questions in one email thread with no prior knowledge in that thread. I've also noticed it copies my style of formatting emails, the way I address people, and how I like to blindly copy my clients on emails. Occasionally, I've asked it to find a prior email I've sent and use it as a template for something new - with new context - and it's been flawless. I'd say it's better than having an assistant because it's much faster and more accurate.You can get away with using Jace in your inbox and on your phone - just remember to keep looking at your "drafts" folder because that's where all the drafts are waiting for you. If you want to "force" an email to be responded to, drop it in the "need to reply" group. But the web interface is stronger if you want to ask it questions or use it to find information in emails, etc. My only wish-list item for Jace would be integration right into the gmail page (if that's possible) or a standalone app (at least for the android). But I have absolutely no complaints - just a wish list.I highly recommend Jace and think you'll be impressed.
