When jace first started it was amazing, I could get support not that I really needed it. Now I have Jace telling me that after just 3 days I have used all my credits (although the billing section says I have 40000 credits left) the billing has no clarity its like on a "trust us basis" ... the thing using most of my credits is the auto draft and I delete 98% of all auto drafts.
After a week of waiting for their support to eventually message me back they tell me I can turn that off but I have and it continues to do auto drafts (btw I should not have to your product should work as advertised or you do not charge me, I should not be charged for deleted auto drafts).
Anyway as at right now I can not use Jace and I can not top up credits becuse you click on that and nothing happens and I can not get a hold of anyone and no one is replying to my emails in a timley manner.
They had the nerve to say "48 hours" which beside not achieving that 48hours is to bloody long when you have a business and staff to run and I am paying for this system.
