I’ve been playing for a long time, my biggest win was 49k. I withdrew 201 SOL but only recieved 113 SOL. I tried to resolve the missing 88 SOL and they said since it showed “completed” on their end they said that they couldn’t do anything about the missing funds. I’ve been waiting for an answer for over a month now, last communication said it’s under investigation I asked for updates but no answer or resolution. Very disappointed in that regard. By the way SOL was trading at $145 so over $12,000 USD LOST.
