I purchased a Jackery 1000 v2 from Jackery, item never arrived.
I made contact with them and they insisted a police report is sent to them for them to investigate the missing package.
No package arrived at my house so why would the police attend and issue a report? It’s a joke how they think they can refuse to satisfy the contract they have with you.
