Absolutely terrible customer support. We bought a 100 W solar panel and 880 Wh battery, and the battery didn’t charge from the wall. We were hoping to use it in an expected power outage. If part of your marketing is outage backup, then your product better be pretty darn reliable! I contacted customer service, and it’s been a month long back and forth to get a replacement sent to my correct address. The address just needs to be updated for FedEx. They haven’t been able to get it done. It’s not that hard! Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be able to receive it before we leave to drive to Alaska, which was going to be our main use for it. Hopefully I can return both of them and be done with it. Definitely won’t be buying anything from them in the future.
