I do not recommend this company. Proceed with caution.The coat I received was advertised as 100% wool. The garment delivered appears to be a wool-blend with synthetic content, evidenced by a polyester-like sheen and texture inconsistent with pure wool. Despite multiple days of airing out, the coat retained a strong chemical odor.More concerning, the garment arrived without required fiber content labeling, country of origin disclosure, or care instructions. These are not optional details — they are federally mandated under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and the Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 423). Their absence raises legitimate compliance concerns.Additionally, the buttons on the received item did not match the product images shown online as well as additional stylistic inconsistencies.When I requested a return based on these discrepancies, the company did not substantively address the labeling or material concerns. Instead, I was told to “have an expert check it” and was offered a partial refund to keep the item. This is inconsistent with a transparent return process, particularly given their published policy stating it favors the buyer.I ultimately paid for return shipping myself and had to follow up multiple times before acknowledgment of receipt and initiation of a refund.The issue here is not preference — it is material misrepresentation, missing regulatory labeling, and a return process that required unnecessary persistence.Proceed with caution.
