I still have had no response to my emails and submitted requests but got a reply to my review almost immediately. Terrible customer support. Haven't resolved anything. Will not recommend to anyone. Won't be using their platform anymore.
I don't even want to give 1 star, but I guess I have no choice. A few days ago, I made my first purchase on their platform and I was playing a live game and the amount I was playing switched to a higher play amount after I won a decent amount, without me realizing it, so I played almost everything I had on one round, not meaning to and by the time I realized it, it was too late, the game started. Once the round was done, I submitted a request saying what happened. I waited for 12 hours and heard nothing back, so I went on their site to the live chat and talked to someone, but he was confused about what happened, so I sent an email to support and the next morning they responded asking for some information and said they were giving it to their technical team. Well, it's been 2 days since she asked for the info that I provided and I haven't heard anything back from her, or any other customer representative, nor have I heard anything from their technical team. This is not the first time that I've had the play amount switch to a higher amount without me doing it.
