I have given a low score for a reason

I have given a low score, after many years of playing without problems, over the recent months tech problems have worsened. after commenting on chat what is happening as most games aren't working and attempting to contact live help, none were forthcoming. A few minutes later I discovered my account is blocked 'due to my conduct' ... I await for return of my funds left in my account. Should this not be the case, then I presume it will be a case of theft from Jackpot cafe !
