Don't create an account with jackpot Capital casino

I created an account at jackpot Capital casino October 17th 2024. My my account was created successfully and so I made a deposit through Bitcoin. As soon as my deposit went through and showed up on the account my account stopped working. I thought well I will just restart it so I did. When I logged back in I got a notification saying I could not play there and to contact customer service, which I did. Customer service could not really tell me anything but did tell me they would notify the proper department about my deposit refund. I also sent a email to the support email. A couple days later I received email notification from support asking me to verify my account that I do not have. Explain to them I don't have an account and that I'll just wanted my refund. I even showed them a screenshot of their own terms and conditions stating that if any reason account could not be created and a deposit was made that deposit would be refunded right away back to the account holder which is me and it was not true. So they asked me to verify by sending in my ID front and back and holding it next to my face a form of proof of my address and my Bitcoin address which I did. They told me then in the next email that they wouldn't accept my address verification because it was through cash up it was my statement which they said they accepted but now they won't accept. It's just a verify my address. So I submitted my PayPal statement with my address they wouldn't accept it either. So they told me they would accept insurance any kind of mail any kind of statement but not those two forms apparently. So I submitted my car insurance statement with my address on it and lo and behold they still would not accept it. So it to me they have stolen my money and they refuse to give it back and it is only $40 but it's $40 that's mine not theirs. So I'm at a loss of what to do there's no repercussions for them basically nobody's going to do anything to resolve this not through them they're not. I would never ever recommend this this casino to anyone.
