Be warned! This is the worst experience I have ever had with anything online! I used a free chip to play, and won - so I sent my required photos and got my ID verification done (they approved it fairly quickly) - then I put in for my withdrawal using my bitcoin address - nightmare ever since! First they sent me an email asking me to explain why my ip address shows up in a state different from where I show my address - then they rejected my withdrawal via bitcoin and told me I would have to use bank wire (which requires giving my bank info which I NEVER do) - then they said I would need to re-submit my photos for ID verification again - which I did - THEN I was told to take all new photos of the same ID and send it in again which I did - THEN I was told to use a passport and my bank statement rather than my electric bill - well I don't have a passport, and I only get online bank statements and truthfully I don't really like giving my bank info. But I did take all new pictures and sent them in along with a screen shot of my bank statement (top portion with bank logo and my address only)- now I have heard nothing! I believe this is 100% a scam and I am really upset that they seem to insinuate that I am somehow being dishonest about who I am (oh, and I did offer to do a video chat with them if that would stop this shenanigans) - Be Careful with this site!Update - Sept 6 and they still have done nothing to resolve this issue! So I went onto the casino help page and requested a call back to try to resolve this issue - all they did was tell me that I need to send a picture of my birth certificate and the document verification dept. will send me an answer in 5 days! Unbelievable.UPDATE - Sept 10 - surprise surprise the expired passport they insisted that I send them (even though I told them that it was quite old and expired) was not accepted because - guess> IT's EXPIRED! Duh. however, I also sent them my birth certificate (and they have my current drivers license with a selfie of me holding it) yet they still are unable to approve my ID verification - but of course will not give me a reason why.UPDATE: 9-13-2022 Finally got my ID verification approved after sending all new photos as well as my birth certificate - now they refuse to let me withdraw using bitcoin (with no reason given).UPDATE 9-15-2022 (hopefully the last one!) - Well, today I actually received an email from Jackpot Casino telling my that my account had been cleared to withdraw with bitcoin! I did put in the request - fingers crossed!!!LAST UPDATE 9-19-2022> I actually received my winnings via bitcoin at 6 a.m. this morning!!! What a fantastic surprise!
