i have been waiting a month to receive my winnings, and for god sakes its only 340 bucks, first they gave me some bs line about needing my account verified which it already was, cuz how did i cash out 3 grand prior to this. Then after making me jump hoops for this stupid document the didnt need, they have been telling me for a week straight that it will be 24 to 48 hours and my funds will be released. Its retarded. And this isnt the first time i have had trouble. On numerous occasions i have had my winnings garnished for what they have claimed were funds owed due to echecks even though my echeck options still remains untouched as in i have never even signed my bank account up to it. They have straight up stolen money from me more than one time and i doubt i will ever see any kind of compensation for this unethical behaviour, i really am starting to hate this casino, defiantly taken all the fun out of it, if i could get them -* i would as even 1 * is too many.
