I won 11,000 yesterday in 3 different redemptions. Shortly after, the site blocked me
I messaged them and they apologized and said I could get back in within 24 hrs
This morning, I was able to get in and seen where my 11,000 was labeled unsuccessful redemption due to technical glitch
I pleaded with them to give me my money and do what is right, but all they gave me was a $80 credit
