Jacksons supplied an Isotherm CR42 12v fridge in 2018.Worked great until I wanted to increase the length of the 12v wires.Fridge stopped working, so contacted Jacksons and they allocated Gem to work on the problem.After around 30 2-way messages I realised I had knocked off most of the 12v wires from the unit. I had no wiring diagram.Gem contacted Isotherm for advice which solved the problem and got my fridge working again. He was very kind, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for Gem and the Tech Team of Jacksons Leisure. This was amazing after sales service and the reason I have given them a 5 star review. Thank you so much Gem and all at Jacksons Leisure.
