I bought a paddle board from Jackson’s Leisure supplies because they were competitive on the price. The comms were good and the delivery was extremely quick. When the paddle board arrived though, it was disappointing to find the pump foot had snapped. I got in contact straight away to report the damage because they ask you do this within 24hrs of delivery. Note, they do ask for plenty of photos. Then I saw some negative reviews and I did start to worry. It was unnecessary, I called them the next day and spoke to someone really helpful. The next day I had a delivery of a new pump.
