Very disappointed with the aftercare from Jacksons Leisure- I bought a truma combi D4E end of September and due to it being a self build, it wasn't fitted until end of November- After fitting the Truma D4E to the working instructions it ran twice but then stopped. It has an internal fault with the glow plug- Contacted Jacksons and they're not willing to help they told me to send it away to truma to be fixed as its over the 30 day period- I wouldn't deal with Jacksons again as there aftersales is appalling. Spent over 4k with them on different items you'd think they would be more helpful. Thanks for everything Jacksons Leisure
