Ordered 2 items on the 13th December…

Ordered 2 items on the 13th December marked as in stock,phoned on the 15th of December only to be told half the order wasn’t in stock and was due to come in on the 20th of January.I called them on the 21st of January only to be told they hadn’t arrived,don’t think they’d have called me to tell me this. I asked when they would come in and they said they couldn’t tell me,2 days latter called again only to be told they would be back in stock the end of March but not definite.I did nothing but chase for updates on items that were marked in stock,in the end I’d had enough and asked for a refund.I know things go wrong time to time,however when they do they won’t let you know unless you chase them.
