I'm not even sure they should get the one star.... there was this deal on FB buy one get one free... and oh yeah, they are really good for aniety. I opened the package, put the batteries in, and NOTHING! So I go back to the website, and there it says, after a little looking, that "there are alot of costs involved in a small family business (this is where my stomach hit the floor) and that there are NO REFUNDS and only an exchange within the first 7 days. TOTAL RIPOFF
