Jaja credit card like all credit card you pay contacted balance and a bit more after a few months of using the card I got a credit increase👍
The customer service are very god and helpfull pluse you have activities where you can win prizes hell whats not to like
Poor credit card, 400 limit paid off every month for over a year no increase, so they only get min now and a bad review, Aqua is the best, paid off for only 6 months and got a decent increase use these guys they know what their doing...
Yes i was very impressed with my latest purchase. I have just had my Hi-Fi repaired and i decided to pay using my JAJA card as that way i can keep a bit of money on one side in the bank. The purchase went through no problem.
Was easy to get an account and credit limit. I always paid on time and kept balance low or nil. I spent with Apple pay no problem, then went to make a £600 payment with Apple pay. Declined. No reason why. Card just blocked. Embarrassing so no problem, use real money for the purchase.
A week later I get scammed by a t shirt website and ask for charge back from Jaja. Provide proof. 3 weeks in still no one answers.
It is for these reasons that I will have paid off my account and closed it. Jaja experience overall negative.
Absolutely disgusted with sudden interest rate rised by over .10% and notice of two months to start take effect Predatory behaviour and chat in customer service with 3 people during one chat and 10 min wait between answers...Im closing this account.
While searching for a credit card that meets my needs, I can confidently say this is the simplest application to use. Before receiving my card, I applied for over four others, some of which I struggled to activate. Overall, this has been a very positive experience.
Started off well and was easy to navigate, but then came a surprising interest rate increase of 16% for no apparent reason. Until this rate drops, I won't be using the card again. They have six months to resolve this, or I will take my business elsewhere. I have two other cards in good standing, and none have raised rates like this. Come on, the company can do better!
The sign-up process was straightforward, and the transfer offer was the main reason for my registration. However, when I attempted to make the transfer, I was informed that it wasn't permitted. It's puzzling since that was the primary purpose of the balance transfer. This has turned into a frustrating experience, and now I find myself with a credit card that I will need to cancel.
I've recently signed up for a credit card and installed the app. Most functions are fine, showing my credit limit, but the 'Card' button returns an error. The in-app chat with the AI bot couldn't assist me either. After completing the registration and reading the welcome email, I expected everything to work. If the button issue is due to not activating the physical card, I'm unsure how to proceed since it’s not functioning.
