I recently purchased medium roast Jamaican blue mountain coffee from you, suitable for a filter coffee machine. It was my first order after a friend’s recommendation so I just wanted to see what I thought of it. I’m can say that I’m not impressed- about one third of the packet contained unground beans which would obviously not filter through my machine, resulting in weak coffee. It was very disappointing as the coffee at the top of the pack was delicious.I would be interested to hear your views on this - I assume this is an error in your manufacturing?Answer to response from Jamaica coffee trading - I did email you about this, to your customer service department, and received no response from you, hence when I was asked to provide a review, I copied my email to you.
