I'm the girl who has tried ALL the workout programs, and I'm the girl who has QUIT every single one of them!! But when I came across Coach James on instagram I connected with his approach. I started months ago and can say I'm still going strong and look forward to working out each day! The way the program is designed makes it easy to stay motivated through the workout, and it explains each workout very well. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose, but my main goal was to gain muscle. I can confidently say I have gained muscle and I'm looking forward to gaining more.
