Coach James has helped me get back on track. I’ve really enjoyed his approach. He has motivated me to be more consistent in all aspects such a nutrition, fitness, and sleep. My biggest hurdle has been myself and thinking i know what to do so i don’t need the help, but coach James patience and way of communicating helped me realize why having a coach is so important. To trust the process, that doing the boring stuff gets the results that you want, and that the mental aspect is just as important (if not more) than the physical actions. I’ve loved working with Coach James and look forward to future results.
