Over the past 5 years of having gas sure servicing my boiler yearly as most Link Housing tenants do. In 5 years I have had problems with no one turning up nowfor the second time at least I got a call at half 3 to inform me that he will be late and it may well be this evening. I have had warning letters from them about getting access and informing me they can force entry etc when I had not had any appointments or even letters prior to it to arrange for the service to be done. Lastly the services I have had take mere minutes to carry out, not once during any service has the magna clean filter been cleaned. All they done is take notes of the readings of the psi etc. To the point now where I want to tell my landlord to send different gas engineers. Yearly evry 10months not 12 so every 6th year they get paid for a service that is not needed. It wouldn't be me paying them for the poor service and non turning up staff and the letters of harrasment for no reason at all.
