I'm completely new to the property industry and am currently nearing the end of the 12 module course. The mentors have, from day 1, maintained their enthusiasm and encouragement (and sense of humour) to overcome any course or real-world challenges. They really want everyone to succeed!! It sets this course aside from ones that may end when the time is up.
There is an abundance of technical information and I'm really feeling like I understand the bigger picture of what it's like to have a career in property and am gaining confidence that, with the knowledge learned, I can achieve success in this area. I'm yet to take the leap and start making deals, however, the module tasks, which require you to implement real-world actions, are invaluable to sequentially easing you into practicing your new ventures.
The live sessions give a real sense of presence and involvement and the commitment to answering queries from the mentors really makes the sessions interactive and improves the content. Additionally, the ability to rewatch the sessions at your own pace and leisure is a massive added benefit.
You never feel like you're on your own with Aspire, as they respond to all queries on Facebook as well as other course participants' contributions. Highly recommended.
