I am so impressed with Jane.com. The customer service is amazing. They even checked on the delivery of an item that was longer than expected and I didn’t initiate the contact. They cleared up the problem and then reached out again to make sure the item was delivered. This just does not ever happen. Love my item, by the way, I am hooked on this Site!
