Jane was fantastic helping to organise and leading a service to scatter my mum's ashes. As a ceremony on the beach in November it wasn't straightforward. As we live in Scotland, we were also not able to meet Jane in person until the day. Jane's communication throughout was sympathetic and understanding meaning we were able to draft a tribute that reflected Mum' perfectly. On the day she led the proceedings gracefully and went the extra mile to make sure our day was a success.
