I contacted Jane initially as reading her bio on her website I felt connected to her and her life experiences. I wasn't wrong! Jane is absolutely lovely, the time and attention to detail she showed to us was amazing. Her empathy, patience and care was second to none. Jane spent 2 1/2 hours with us learning about Mum and the tribute on the day was fantastic, everyone thought she knew Mum.A wonderful lady, who was very professional, but caring and friendly at the same time.
