A very bad experience for the first time I face this problem and treated like this, after a month and a half of waiting the shipment has not arrived and they do not want to get me back the amount. the shipment has been stuck in Germany with no update for more than 3 weeks and they cannot track or review the shipment even though they are the responsible authority and the post office cannot inquire about the reason for the delay of the shipment.I think that all of my shipments are lost and they do not want to compensate me in any way !!!!
