The shipment was missing a Commercial Invoice, and we had to ask you to send one afterwards. This process took several days, and the package arrived just one day before our departure, so it was a bit nerve-racking. I believe you should have known that a Commercial Invoice is required and that it should have been included with the shipment from the start.
