Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered the wrong thing by accident, messaged them straight away and no reply at all, two hours later get a dispatched email then straight after an email from there customer services saying unfortunately it’s too late to cancel, if they actually read there emails before dispatching would be helpful, as with other reviews I’ve read they just seem to have become money grabbing now and don’t care about anyone else, have spent 1000s with them but no more now would avoid like the plague - get an email today from them asking me to remove my comment as they feel it’s incorrect, I have a copy of all there emails and also the tracking from Royal Mail which states item was despatched after 5pm on Friday when emails from them are time stamped 14.25, so I’m not removing this review
