Non existent customer service. Social media teams are unable to help at all. 6 days since I ordered and not a single response to any queries or updates as to when it will be shipped. Won't ever be using them again. Just hoping this isn't a scam and I actually get my items.- update: item has supposedly been shipped, will wait and see if this arrives and if so what condition it will be in.Customer service does not operate on a weekend so if you have any issues during then, well tough :) im assuming this includes shipping/warehouse staff aswell as it has taken 6 days to ship.Will just be ordering directly from Japan in future. You will only pay the import tax once per order not once per box like any of these UK based sites. Plus with Express international shipping Via Japans own postal service they will likely get there quicker than if you buy from here.
