Worried about my order

I haven't received my package yet, which I ordered on Saturday, November 29th, and there's been no shipping update. I made this purchase for professional reasons and reached out through various channels out of concern for timely delivery, but I haven't heard back. Given the positive reviews about the business, it's surprising how slow they are in responding to customers. I hope this gets sorted out, especially since they seem to have addressed previous warehouse issues. I'm open to discussing alternative shipping options if that would help.
