Took my money and ran

Update: Japan Candy Shop delivered half of my order completely melted, so I requested a refund for the items that were still yet to ship after a month. A week later, PayPal emailed to let me know that the refund failed. I contacted them again, and they offered to refund the entire amount, but this refund also bounced. Eventually got half of my money back through paypal disputes. Avoid this store at all costs.This shop needs to warn customers that they're experiencing shipping issues due to tariffs. On the website it states a 1-2 week delivery time, but the items I ordered a month ago are either still in transit or haven't even shipped yet. Given the items that shipped immediately are going to take a month to arrive, that means the second half of my shipment will likely be over 2 months. Not great when dealing with food items.
