Full order not recieved

I made a $50 order of 9 items on June 23. According to their website, delivery takes 4-5 days. 6 weeks later, I've only received 3 items. After reaching out 3 times, the company finally responded that they had to move their warehouse to Japan (it would have been nice to be warned about this delay when I made the order for a July birthday present). On July 10, they assured me the rest of my order would be "shipped soon." On July 22 they said the same. Now it's August 8... and no shipment or rumor of a shipment. At this point I'd be thrilled with a refund.
