Frustratingly Long Delay

I'm incredibly frustrated with this company. I ordered my first time in May and STILL haven't gotten my order. It took me reaching out to them to get any info on what was happening and even then they weren't able to even give me an estimate on when my parcel might arrive. I was talked out of canceling the order last month by an employee, but at this point I'm thinking the money would've been better spent somewhere else. Most of the snacks I picked are available on Amazon, Haisue, or other online candy stores that I know will get my order to me within a month. 64 days and counting. This is ridiculous.The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff I talked to were very polite.*Edit: Coming up on three months and still nothing. I reached out to the company to cancel. Don't recommend this shop at all based on my experience.
