6/18I did receive a response finally and a credit to use in the shop as well as an apology for the delay. I appreciate that and while I wish it hadn't taken so long it seems they've been very busy with all the displeased customers. They assured me they've sorted their shipments and I'll take them at their word and give another shot with my gift card.I made a purchase from Japan Candy Store that was shipped on the 15th of April. I still have not received my order. I have been in contact with them and they continued to ask me to be patient as it had been shipped. I believe it was shipped but lost in transit. Once I asked for either a refund or a replacement order to be sent out, they didn't respond. My tracking never worked, it either said there was an error or tracked a totally different package each day. I'm just glad this was a small purchase so I'm not out a ton of money. But I won't be purchasing from here again.
