I saved up rewards points for months to get a free snack box only to realize that it was out of stock and they took my points anyway! Also I was pretty disappointed to realize it was just a rescue box and not a regular box from the subscription service. Their inventory is pretty bad with most items having very small quantities available. They should’ve checked this and found a replacement reward once they sold out.Update: TY for sending me a box. Do I have to cancel before the next month? I don’t want to pay for a subscription afterwards
