Waiting over 3 months for my order

Ordered a lot of fancy Pocky back in late April 2020. It's now late July. There are no updates from the mail service either abroad or in the U.S. after checking the tracking information. Customer service isn't much better and it's not reassuring to be told to just wait. Is there no contact with the mail carrier service?My order is stuck in limbo - who knows where? I'm worried about the expiration date on the snacks I bought. It's a major waste of time and I'm very regretful of spending my money here. I know that if my order ever arrives, it will be a hot mess, especially in this summer heat. I may end up having to toss the whole thing in the trash, which is infuriating because of how much I spent.I don't plan on purchasing from this site ever again. I don't recommend anyone spend their money here.I've ordered candy from similar sites after purchasing from Japan Candy Store. Those were also shipped from Asia and arrived promptly and in pristine condition.
