Worst online order experience

I ordered items on 3/24/20 and have not received my package as of today, 5/27/20. I reached out in April and was told that Covid19 is to blame. They sent me to a new website and the items "supposedly shipped" after I complained. June is around the corner. I emailed them again for a refund this time yesterday but have not heard back. Even if I get the package, the food is probably spoiled or has expired. Was really excited to find a place to get Japanese snacks but this experience ruined it.
