Your employee, Shivam, was excellent. He was pleasant and very helpful. My situation was that I wished to make a gift to my daughter in law and it was very urgent. I enquired about a specific knife which she wanted and I asked Shivam if he could help. He pointed out that he was unable to order if but he advised me to go to your website. As I was unsure of my ablity to do that he kindly suggested that he could check my order if I got back to him, which I did. I had forgotten part of the inscription so he added it. He also organised that the knive would be delivered the very next day, the day I would be visiting my daughter in law. Shivam was true to his word and the knife was delivered the next day. I am very grateful for the pleasant way Shivam dealt with this order and how he helped to reassure me that I had ordered correctly. Thank you very much, Linda Alanko
